If you cannot attend the course you must cancel the registration to open the possibility to other person to register. To cancel, go to TRAINING > MY COURSES and click on “Click here to cancel” to cancel your registration.
Failing to cancel your registration and not attending the course will result in cancellation by “No Show” by the Head Trainer and it can be reason for not being approved for certification levels or status and many No Shows can result in suspension form JCI Training.
